The Magic of the Cities.

Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

Touch

“Nobody sees a flower - really - it is so small it takes time - we haven't time - and to see takes time, like to have a friend takes time.”
― Georgia O'Keeffe

Mean Green

By: Joe Cross
For 60 days, I drank nothing but fresh fruit and vegetable juice on my Reboot (I documented the experience in my film Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead).
During that time I relied on this simple, yet satisfying juice. It is a great juice for boosting your immune system and keeping your whole body clean, healthy, and happy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
2 Granny apples
6-8 leaves kale
1/2 lemon
1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger

DIRECTIONS:
Wash all produce well.
Peel the lemon and core apple.
Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!

DNA

“Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.”

Wings

If photography has developed a special language it should be welcomed as an extension of our senses and seen for what it is – the first faulting steps of an infant medium towards maturity. - Pete Turner
