The Shenandoah

The Shenandoah at 10 Sheridan Square is a favorite doorman building in the village. The gothic structure was designed by Emory Roth and built in 1929. Fortunately, the original details are well preserved, making the historic structure stand out in the exclusive Sheridan Square location. The lobby has a gothic church feel and the entire original detail has been kept, which is very rare for a 100% rental building. It actually feels like a co-op and is kept like a private ownership building. The higher floor apartments soar above the neighboring buildings and you get amazing views.
