The Magic of the Cities.

Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

Parenthood

The mother-child relationship is paradoxical and, in a sense, tragic. It requires the most intense love on the mother's side, yet this very love must help the child grow away from the mother and to become fully independent.
~Erich Fromm

Ah, today I must be missing my daughters especially because this brought tears to my eyes. You consistently create an emotional experience on your blog, Carraol. An astonishing melding of music, photography, and text, all chosen with a pitch perfect sense.

Un abrazo.
