The Magic of the Cities.

Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

Is there a metaphor here about the Mexican people against the Spanish and French empires?

Thanks a lot for your kind visits. Bob and Ciel its a strange question you made, the story of David & Goliath exists thousands years before Mexicans or Spanish and French empires, so I don't see any metaphor here, just a beautiful sculptur and if it was about Donald Duck with the same light I'd take the pictures the same way.
