The Magic of the Cities.

Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

Break at The Park

Björk
Volta
"The Dull Flame Of Desire"

( Feat. Antony Hegarty )

I love your eyes, my dear
Their splendid sparkling fire

When suddenly you raise them so
To cast a swift embracing glance

Like lightning flashing in the sky
But there's a charm that is greater still

When my love's eyes are lowered
When all is fired by passion's kiss

And through the downcast lashes
I see the dull flame of desire.

The couple standing next to the trash can is a nice photo. I wonder what is in their world?

Living in such wonderful places, so different from where I have lived, you might enjoy a look at The Hamlet of Gordon, Ohio. It is where I was born and raised and it is how small hamlets used to be and this one still exists.

Carraol: You images are so crisp and flawless these days. What kind of camera are you using? You are in such a fabulous, photogenic city and taking advantage of every square kilometer. Super!!!

Thanks for enjoying our rainbow with us!

This couple looks like they're happy to be with one another.

The news tonight was not altogether happy re. the virus in México. Interesting that I was sick for almost the entire month of March in Mazatlán and came back NOB early because of respiratory problems and am now on an inhaler and meds. Feel lots better! Hope the health news out of México doesn't get any worse.l

Nicely caught moment.

P.S. Talking of Björk, have you seen this humorous map on Flickr?
